Quotes and prices
Online prices are estimates for properties in standard condition. We confirm a fixed price before booking.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move a booking.
Re-clean guarantee
If something is missed, tell us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
Access
You must make sure we can get into the property at the booked time and that water and electricity are available.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
